The S25FL512SAGMFI011 is a 512Mb Flash-NOR Non-volatile Memory with SPI interface. This is a MirrorBit® flash non-volatile memory CMOS 3V core with versatile I/O and serial peripheral interface with multi-I/O. The AutoBoot — power up or reset and execute a normal or quad read command automatically at a preselected address. The FL serial flash memory offers a reduced pin count for lower system cost while providing optimal read/write performance.
