The MAX13030EETE+ is a 6-channel high speed logic level translator in 16 pin TQFN package. It is a bidirectional level translator which provides level shifting for 100Mbps data transfer in multivoltage systems and operate at full speed with external drivers. Each I/O channel is pulled up to VCC or VL by an internal 30µA current source allowing the device to be driven by either push-pull or open-drain drivers, it is ideally suited for memory card level translation as well as generic level translation in systems.
• Supply voltage range is 2.2V to 3.6V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Compatible with 4mA input driver or larger
• Enable (EN) input make the device to operate in low-power shutdown mode
• Data rate of 100Mbps
• Automatic shutdown mode disables the part when VCC is less than VL
• ±15KV ESD protection on I/O VCC lines
