BSP762T, Mini PROFET

The BSP762T is a N-channel high-side vertical power FET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and monolithically integrated in smart SIPMOS® technology. It is providing embedded protective functions and it is CMOS compatible input.
