EPCOS B65888 RM 14 Coil Formers
RM 14 coil formers from EPCOS are constructed from black GFR thermosetting plastic, which meets IEC 60085: H standards. The B65888C1512T001 version is suitable for power applications and has a GFR polyterephthalate construction meeting IEC60085: F. Both materials meet the UL94 V-0 standard. B65888 series coil formers feature solderability and soldering heat resistance to IEC 60068-2-20. These coil formers have squared pins and are offered in 10-pin or 12-pin varieties&lt,BR/&gt,&lt,BR/&gt,RM 14 coil formers are ideal for use in automatic placement machines, enabling inductive components to be produced at a lower cost. A slightly conical and highly accurate internal diameter enables a snug fit on the winding tools and prevents slipping. Even when the winding speed is high, a lengthened wire catching nose ensures that all wire is correctly wound into the wire guidance slots. These coil formers feature a pin-less flange that also ensures a more accurate arrangement of the coil formers for wrapping and winding. EPCOS RM coil formers are also suitable for manual winding.
