The 93LC86/P is a 16kB MICROWIRE compatible serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) configured depending on the ORG pin setup. Advanced CMOS technology makes this device ideal for low power nonvolatile memory applications. This device also has a program enable (PE) pin to allow the user to write-protect the entire contents of the memory array.
